A lovely Torbay family photo session

I wanted to share some images from this lovely family photography session in Torbay. We walked along the South West Coast Path to Elberry Cove, one of my favourite spots in Torbay. I particularly like this spot for a family photo session, as it’s a little mini adventure in itself! A path to follow, a short but picturesque stroll over the headland, then Elberry cove is tucked around the corner. You descend through the fields, follow the path through the trees, and emerge at the prettiest little beach. You can only access the beach on foot, so it’s always a little quieter here, and dogs are allowed all year round.

We had such a gorgeous evening for this photo session – the evening light on the beach was so beautiful. We paddled (and splashed with Max the dog!), explored the rock pools and had some cuddles by the water, creating some lovely relaxed family photos. Then we headed back over the coast path with the sun setting over the fields. I loved creating these images of the family together. It was really wonderful to hear how delighted they were when they received the gallery:
