Intimate wedding in Cardiff: congratulations Sarah & Rob!
Massive congratulations to Sarah and Rob, who got married with an intimate wedding in Cardiff yesterday. They were due to have their wedding last month in Devon, but weren’t able to due to Covid restrictions. I was so delighted when they said that they had a new plan for a small ceremony in Cardiff instead.
The weather may have been decidedly un-May-like, but we had the most wonderful morning regardless. Just look at the smiles on those faces. I absolutely loved their outfits, with Rob in a wonderful green suit and Sarah looking completely stunning in her Karolien Verstraeten separates. I met them at Cardiff City Hall, where they had an intimate wedding ceremony with just Rob’s parents as witnesses. We spent a bit of time dodging the showers, and creating some lovely portraits of them both in the area around City Hall.
It was utterly wonderful to finally meet Sarah and Rob in person, and to capture a little of their intimate wedding yesterday. Huge thanks to Rob’s lovely family as well, who made me feel so welcome as I joined them all for part of the celebrations afterwards. I look forward to editing the full set, and sharing some more photos soon, but here is just a tiny preview for now.
