Harriet & Tom’s tiny Cornwall wedding

I had the pleasure of photographing Hattie & Tom’s tiny Cornwall wedding this weekend. It took place at the beautiful Budock Vean hotel, on the River Helford. Just the most stunning location! I’d met them both earlier this year, when I photographed Hattie’s brother Rob’s wedding in Cardiff. It was really wonderful to see them again, and for their own wedding day here.

Hattie and Tom had their wedding day with just their parents attending. It was a beautifully intimate ceremony. We then spent a little time in the incredible gardens to capture some photographs of them together. I don’t know this part of Cornwall that well, so this was a real treat to discover. Budock Vean has gardens that drop all the way down to the river, and they are so gorgeous. The hydrangeas were a treat, and I absolutely loved the clumps of huge leaves, with the sunlight filtering through.

After this, they stayed for a celebratory lunch with their parents, and I headed home. I just loved sharing their wedding, and it was wonderful to discover such a beautiful location at Budock Vean. Just so perfect for a small wedding. Congratulations Hattie and Tom – it was so fantastic to photograph your celebrations!
