Sooo… Zoe and Danny… the ultimate relaxed boho wedding day! I have enjoyed putting this blog post together so much. There was such a big build up to this epic day, and I knew it was going to be incredible. But it still smashed all my expectations.
Zoe was a bridesmaid to one of my previous incredible brides (take a peek here), and we have another mutual friend. So I’ve got to know her so well over the years. It was so wonderful to see Danny come onto the scene, and I was utterly delighted when they booked me to photograph their wedding!
It has been a long build up, with two covid postponements and a lot of planning and preparation over the past couple of years. But this September, their wedding day finally came around and it could not have been any further off the scale. The
most beautiful venue in North Devon, an absolutely stunning bride and groom, a tasselled dress, hair/headpiece to die for, incredible flowers, an outdoor ceremony in the sunshine, a village hall reception with the very best speeches, sparklers, fireworks and a silent disco! Not to mention the bit when Danny surprised Zoe by singing to her after the first dance… Just the very best relaxed boho wedding with one of the sweetest, most loved up couples of all time!
I absolutely loved photographing their day – it was a complete joy from start to finish. And just so wonderful to see Zoe and Danny finally able to have the day that they had been dreaming of. Here is a look at their gorgeous boho wedding day…
