I want you to be able to look at your wedding photographs and remember how you felt at the time. The parts that made you laugh or cry, the moments between you as a couple, the special people that shared the day with you, and just how magical your wedding actually was.
My images will capture the genuine moments and emotions of your wedding day. And I do this while you are having fun celebrating with the people that matter.

Images that make you feel your day again
My photography uses a mainly reportage style to tell the story of your wedding, meaning that I will photograph what actually happens without interrupting your day. I blend in comfortably with your guests and capture things unobtrusively. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to party with all your favourite people. You can enjoy this while I take care of the photography. While you are busy enjoying yourselves, I’ll be moving around and photographing the different parts of your day. Your guests chatting and laughing, the moments between you, and all sorts of other little things that you probably didn’t even know were taking place.
I want to capture your day in the most beautiful way that I can. As well as the bigger picture, I’m always looking for the beauty in the small details: the touches, the glances, the way the light falls so beautifully. The little things that take you right back to that moment again.
You will receive a set of images that tells your story in the most beautiful way. Photographs that you will have for the rest of your lives, that genuinely make you feel your wedding day again.

THE PLANNING
Let’s get to know each other
I want to get to know you both before your wedding. I love hearing about all the details, what you are planning for your celebration, how you want it all to feel. I want to know what really matters to you in your photographs, who all the important people are, what you would like to see captured.
This might mean just chatting via video calls. A lot of my couples live in other parts of the country. Or if you are local to the South West, or travelling here at some point, it’s always lovely to meet up and chat in person. I will send you more information to help you plan for your photography, and I let you know my trusted wedding suppliers if you would like recommendations.
I want to help you get the most out of your photography on the day. I can’t wait to hear all about your wedding plans!

ON THE DAY
Relax and enjoy it all!
Here is the good news. All you have to do is relax and enjoy yourselves.
For most of the day, you’ll hardly notice me. I’ll be in the background, unobtrusively capturing everything for you. The planning that we have done before the wedding means that I have all the information I need for your photography. You can just forget about it and get on with the important business of getting married. We’ll have talked about what you want to see in your photos, and I’ll be busy making this happen.
As well as the big moments, I’ll be capturing all the small things that are taking place: the laughs, the touches, the children playing, the moments between your friends and family, so many things that you didn’t even know were happening on the day.
I’ll have a list of any group photos you would like, and I’ll organise these at the best moments. When it’s a good moment to create some relaxed portraits of you both together, I’ll come and give you a nudge. I’ll photograph the things that are taking place and create a beautiful set of images, that properly capture the feelings of your day.
While I take care of the photography, you can focus on celebrating with all your favourite people.

FOREVER AFTER
Your heirloom images
So this is particularly exciting. You are now you are married. You had the most incredible day, you celebrated in the best way possible, it was all amazing. A few weeks have passed, and life is gradually settling down. And then your wedding gallery invite arrives!
I always hope that looking through your wedding photographs is one of the most exciting parts of the whole process. After all, these images are going to be with you forever more. Make it special. Sit down together and take time to look through the gallery on a big screen. I’m sure it will be wonderful and take you both back to all the feelings of your wedding day.
You can share the online gallery with family and friends, and you can download your images directly from here. There is the option to buy professional prints and wedding albums through the gallery, or I’m always happy to help you get the most from your images. Just ask if you have any questions.
These images will be treasure for a lifetime and beyond. It’s such a privilege to create them for you.
